Sarah Kogan: Take me to the Light

In Sarah Kogan's new paintings on raw linen, transcendent pools of light are illuminated against shadows of darkness. Take me to the Light presents this body of work for the first time with recent drawings and a text by the artist. As Kogan reflects on the indelible nature of her painting process, her pouring technique honed through years of experience, she contemplates the associations of her work with the myth of Orpheus.
